This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, why we hold it, and how to get it deleted. It applies to hltdino.com and to enquiries sent to info@hltdino.com.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Zigong Huilongtang Culture & Art Co., Ltd. (brand HLTDINO), Group 8, Yunlong Village, Yong’an Town, Yantan District, Zigong, Sichuan 643000, China. Foreign trade operator filing No. 02548931.
For any question about this policy or about your own data, write to info@hltdino.com — that inbox is monitored by a named person, not an autoresponder.
What we collect
When you submit the quotation form we collect only the fields the form shows:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Company name
- Country
- Project type
- Venue type
- Species or products of interest
- Your message (required)
We also receive ordinary server log data when you visit the site — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp — which our web server records for security and performance. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on this site.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To prepare and send your quotation — this is the main purpose. Without your name, email and project details we cannot price or specify anything.
- To answer follow-up questions and to keep a record of what was quoted, so a later conversation does not start from zero.
- To meet export and accounting obligations if an order follows.
Where EU or UK data protection law applies, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Where Chinese law applies, we rely on your consent given by submitting the form, and on the necessity of processing to conclude a contract you have requested.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Records tied to an actual order are kept for as long as accounting and export law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time and we will do it, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is read by our own sales and engineering staff. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use service providers for two things: hosting the website, and sending and receiving email. Those providers process data on our instructions only. If you need the current list of providers and where they are located, ask us and we will send it.
Where your data is stored
Our website and email are hosted and operated in China. If you are contacting us from the EU, the UK, the US or elsewhere, submitting the form means your information will be transferred to and stored in China, where it is handled under this policy and Chinese data protection law. The transfer is necessary to take the steps you requested before entering a contract. If you would rather not transfer your data internationally, send your enquiry to the email address above and tell us — we will handle it through the channel you prefer.
What we do not do
- We do not use your enquiry, your emails or your project files to train machine-learning models.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to a marketing list. There is no newsletter, and no “no lists, no spam” promise we have to walk back later.
- We do not publish client names, project values or site details without written permission.
Cookies
This site sets only what it needs to work. If you leave a comment or log in, WordPress stores cookies to remember your session; those are not used for advertising or analytics profiling. Page caching is handled server-side and does not require a cookie in your browser. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social-media tracking scripts on this site, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, this section will be updated first and a consent choice will be presented.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within one month:
- Access — confirm what we hold about you and send you a copy.
- Correction — fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion — erase your enquiry record, unless we must keep it for accounting or export law.
- Restriction or objection — stop us using your data for a particular purpose.
- Portability — send you what you gave us in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.
Write to info@hltdino.com with “Data request” in the subject line. We will not charge you for this. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your local supervisory authority — in the EU or UK that is your national data protection regulator, in China the Cyberspace Administration.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold payment card details on this website and we do not ask for them through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting enquiries already received will be communicated to the addresses we hold.
